1) How is the rental equipment cleaned and how often?
All rental equipment is cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized between each customer guaranteed! This includes vacuuming and removing any dirt or debris 2. Washing with a non-toxic, biodegradable green surfactant 3. Finally disinfecting/sanitizing with a concentrated formula that kills 99.99% of germs and viruses.
2) Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply depending on your location. Due to ongoing rise in fuel prices and everything else in the world, we have slightly increased our prices accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and we hope we can continue to provide some awesome, fun entertainment for all your future events!
3) When do you deliver & pick up?
All deliveries are typically made from 7am - 12pm and will depend on your location and location of other rentals. You will be given the option at checkout to select between 7am-12pm delivery or 1pm-3pm delivery time. You will also be given the option to choose between same day pickup (8PM-930PM) or next day from (7am-12pm). 4) What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass, dirt, and hard surfaces (asphalt and concrete). Additional fees may apply for set ups on hard surfaces where sandbags are required. 2. We CANNOT set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
5) Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All reservations require a $25 credit card deposit.
6) What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, credit cards and Venmo. Please have exact change if paying by cash as our drivers do not carry change.
7) What if we need to cancel?
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reservation date. Any cancellations within 48 hours will receive a rain check good up to one year. Deposit is refundable if there is a high chance of inclement weather.
8) What areas do you service?
Our main service areas are Burley, Twin Falls, Jerome, Heyburn, Rupert, Paul, Murtaugh, Hansen, Hazelton. If you don't see your area listed please contact us and we may be able to service you for additional fees Contact MVRidez Party Rentals
9) Do you guys carry liability insurance?
We do have general liability insurance so we welcome all schools, churches and company's for all your fundraisers and special events!
10) What if I don't need a bounce house/waterslide for the day and just want it for a few hours?
Unfortunately we cannot lower the cost for less time because it’s the same amount of time, labor, driving, and cleaning for our employees.
